SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are sent through Malta Post Registered. We will have a tracking number available for each item that we will send you once we dispatch your order, with your order confirmation.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS (MALTA AND GOZO)

Free shipping or pick up from our studio in Gozo. Please allow 1-3 working days for your item to arrive from the date of dispatch.

 

EUROPEAN ORDERS

Flat rate €10. Shipping time will vary on location. Please allow 7-10 working days for your item to arrive from the date of dispatch.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

Flat rate €16. Shipping time will vary on location. Please allow working 7-21 days for your item to arrive from the date of dispatch.

 

EXPRESS SERVICE

As we live on a small island in the Mediterranean, our shipping options are limited. If you need an express delivery we can offer you a courier service. Please contact us for more information.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that any duties and taxes payable in the countries outside of The European Union are the responsibility of the recipient. Woven Seeds has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. 

 

LOST PARCELS

Woven Seeds offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you can contact us and lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Malta Post. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.

 

DELIVERY DURING COVID-19

Due to continually changing regulations regarding the Coronavirus, regional or national lockdowns in Malta or your country could delay the delivery of your purchase. This can be because of reduced flights to your country and or fewer staff working at postal depots and despatch services due to social distancing at work requirements. We will do our best to estimate any potential delays in the shipment of your purchase and keep you informed of the situation in these difficult times for us all. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

When will my order be shipped?

We are a small business and we do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you are in urgent need of an order, please contact us for express delivery.

 

Can I track my order?

Your items will be tracked with Malta Post, with every order you will receive a tracking number.

 

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Once your parcel arrives in your country it will be handed over to your country's local postal service. For any late or delayed items please contact your local post office and supply the tracking number. For further assistance please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
